RETURNS

We accept returns within 24 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Lithuanian and EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted for return or refund.
Returns are not accepted for reasons of size, fit, or personal preference, provided the product received matches the description and specifications on our website.
If you wish to make a return, please contact offbeat.official.info@gmail.com before sending anything back. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.
If the return is due to a manufacturing fault, damage during delivery, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
For all other approved returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and verified to be in unused condition.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

You have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us at offbeat.official.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You must then return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us.
We will issue a refund once the item has been returned and confirmed to meet the unused-condition requirements listed above.
If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or washing, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the item’s diminished value, as permitted by EU law.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Hoodies that have been worn, washed, or handled beyond necessary inspection are not eligible for return or refund.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

If your order is shipped outside the European Union, additional customs charges or import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Offbeat.
